As we all know,Blogger doesn't allow to upload files to a blog.But if you want you can embed a pdf file in your blog by following these steps-
1.Go to scribd.com
2.Upload the file to it
3.Open that file(which you have uploaded) in Scribd.
4.See its embedding code.(It is given in the bar above the file)
5.When you create a post,go to the 'Edit HTML' tab
6.Paste that code there and then click on 'Preview'.If you think that everything is correct,then publish the post
